This document covers the terms and conditions under which these services are provided.
* Your registration as a member of npcvb.com or the use of any of the features and services on npcvb.com, either as a registered member or as a visitor constitutes automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions.
* Npcvb.com reserves the right to update the terms, conditions and notices of this agreement without notice to you. It is your responsibility to periodically review the most current version of this Agreement.
* By accessing or using the Sites, Content, or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

* You agreed to the fact you have full filled our basic requirement to open center (with 5 working Personal Computer, theory room, practical lab, and 1500 sq/ft of area) while applying for new center registration.
* Information about the centers posted on the site is obtained from their center heads with all consent.
* Npcvb.com should not be thought of as the authority and the final guide in your decision making.
* Npcvb.com at its sole discretion may edit, delete or block access to any Content including Member Posted Content, without notice and without liability. We will however make reasonable efforts to inform you of the changes.
* By uploading the logo of your institute, you give npcvb.com the right to use the logo on npcvb.com website as well as on any npcvb marketing material.
* Documents sent by you to verify should fulfil their job and you agree to the fact that npcvb admin or npcvb employees have full authority to print them as hard copy for verification process within npcvb office perimeters.
* By updating all the information of your student or of you in dashboard (panel), you give npcvb.com the right to use the content on npcvb.com website as well as on any npcvb marketing material and you take all the responsibility of accuracy of information.
* You as a center head must be present while your registered student attempting online/offline exam and it’s your responsibility to assure no cheating was done by any means by student or by you.
* Password of students will be sent to center head’s registered email, its center heads responsibility to protect and safeguard the password.
* Center panel and Student panel is also part of npcvb.com same terms & conditions and privacy policy apply there.
* If you are a visitor on our website and if you update any personal contact information such as phone number or e-mail address, npcvb.com reserves the right to contact you over Phone calls, SMS or E-mail. If the intention was for tutoring/learning, or seeking information about our product & services, npcvb team will guide you accordingly via phone call, SMS or e-mail.
* Npcvb.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services with or without notice.
* Kindly clarify your doubts before you make a payment to, upgrade to any of our premium membership plans or security deposits or student fee or Money wallet recharge. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded by anymeans.
* In case when center head or student face any technical difficulty in center or student panel our technical team have full authority to read password and login into center head or student account to resolve issue.

While using the web site and engaged in any form of communication on any of the forums, you agree not to:
* Post, publish or transmit any messages that is false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invades another's privacy, offensive, promotes racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group or religion or caste, infringes another's rights including any intellectual property rights or copyright or trademark, violates or encourages any conduct that would violate any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability.

* npcvb doesn't allow registration for COMPUTER/ PARAMEDICAL/ VOCATIONA/ YOGA/ NATUROPATHY/ MANAGEMENT/ ITI / PHYSICAL / SPORTS / AGRICULTURE CENTER or ORGANIZATIONS or COMPUTER / PARAMEDICAL / VOCATIONAL / YOGA / NATUROPATHY / MANAGEMENT / ITI / PHYSICAL / SPORTS / AGRICULTURE TRAINING INSTITUTE who are engaged in providing products or services similar to that of Npcvb.com (or) who is engaged in collection of data from npcvb website and sharing/utilizing it for the benefit of competitors. If there are any such registrations, npcvb.com reserves the right to terminate those accounts without any prior notice & without processing the refund of subscription associated to those accounts. npcvb also reserves the right to initiate any legal proceedings if any for COMPUTER/ PARAMEDICAL/ VOCATIONA/ YOGA/ NATUROPATHY/ MANAGEMENT/ ITI / PHYSICAL / SPORTS / AGRICULTURE CENTER or ORGANIZATIONS or COMPUTER / PARAMEDICAL / VOCATIONAL / YOGA / NATUROPATHY / MANAGEMENT / ITI / PHYSICAL / SPORTS / AGRICULTURE TRAINING INSTITUTE' contravenes condition as stated above.
* Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of website or breach any security or authentication measures.
* Access or search the Sites Content or Services with any engine, software, or tool.
* Send unsolicited email, junk mail, spam, or chain letters, or promotions or advertisements for products or services.
* Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the npcvb.com Site without a written agreement.
* Create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences.
* Post text, messages, graphics or materials that are sales offers, advertisements, or promotions for products or services.
* Creating fake certificates, mark sheets will leads to serious legal action

Responsibilities and Liabilities of Centre Director 1. NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT provides single source for quality assurance in Computer Education, Skill Development Education, Vocational Training, Technical Education and all type Educational Development of every category Students of India.
2. NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT Training center have a good Maintained computer lab and Vocational Training Lab. The computer lab contains high configurations computer Networked with Internet, Head Phones, and good Quality Systems Configuration.
3. Centre Infrastructure like Furniture, Display Boards, Facilities, Good Location, Decent and Spacious Accommodation, Proper Enquiry Counter, Fixed and known office timing, Proper Lab Room & Class Room, Experienced Qualified and communicative faculty, proper reporting to head office and Polite and persuasive handling of students are important for successful Authorized Training Centre NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT.
4. The Centre’s are expected to keep qualified Faculty which also has practical’s orientation/ experience. The proposed qualification MCA, BE, M.Sc, PGDCA, DCA, ITI or similar also depends course Training Diploma for Vocational Courses.
5. Centre has to undertake Local publicity like pamphlets, communication campaigns and popular programs etc.
6. Course should be conducted as per the norms laid down by Head Office from time to time and in areas allotted to them.
7. The Centre Director/ Centre Staff should shoulder their own responsibility in running their Authorized Study and Training Centre without creating any unwanted situation for the Head Office.
8. Issue of Certificate/ Diploma/ Marksheet is done only by head office after successfully complete the course and passing the examination (Internal or External Assessments.) and such as Centre Director should keep in mind that they are in no way authorized to issue Certificate/ Diploma/ Marksheet of any student, any course.
9. To make all payments pertaining to proper operation at the Centre like rent of the premises, salary to staff, electricity, and water bills, and such other expenses in time any liability created by Center Director in this regard will be exclusive his/her own and will not be carried forward to NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT Head Office.
10. Closing down of the branch/ Centre without exclusive permission of the NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT Head Office is not allowed if any Centre Director do so the liabilities with regard to student Certificates, Cash collection, Centre expenses in Previous etc. will be exclusively that of Centre and in no case shall be carried forward to NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT Head Office, in fact NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT Head Office can take legal action and can report the matter to the Police on its own.
11. Centre Director have to Read and understand all Particulars, Email, Documents send by NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT Head Office for his/him.
12. For more about rules and regulations Centre Director has to understand the agreement between NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT – Authorized Study and Training Centre and NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT Head Office.
13. Centres have to Enroll Minimum 50 to 100 Students to Provide Training in Various Academic Courses to Renew License without making any Charge.
14. NPCVB SKILL DEVELOPMENT wants to provide maximum benefits to Authorized Training Centre and Students with quality....
15. In case of any dispute, the court area will be Roorkee. All center operators will record the attendance of the enrolled student in their institute. And if the information is sought by the student and any other person. So the information will be made by the institute from time to time by the institute. All the information related to the attendance, examinations, practicals of the students will be made available by the concerned institute. If any work is done against the term condition by the operator of the center, then it will be necessary against him. Necessary legal action will be taken against such institute and institute operator by NPC&VB Skill Development.
